Make everyday food preparation easier with the NikkiMix HS-208C 2-in-1 High-Performance Blender and Grinder. Designed for North American kitchens, it combines a full-copper motor, six 304 stainless-steel blades and adjustable controls for blending wet ingredients and grinding dry ingredients.
The set includes a 2-litre titanium blending jar for larger recipes and a 600-millilitre titanium grinding cup for smaller dry grinding tasks. A tamper stick is included to help move thick mixtures towards the blades when used according to the instructions.
Prepare beans for moin-moin and akara, blend peppers, tomatoes and onions, or make smoothies, soups and sauces. NikkiMix can also process ingredients such as maize, millet, tiger nuts, coconuts, dates, nuts, spices and coffee beans, as well as frozen fruit and ice. For convenient cleaning, add water and a few drops of dishwashing liquid to the blending jar, run briefly as directed in the manual, then rinse thoroughly.
